Just to specify, the bird has been continuing in a blooming willow off the
median between the coast guard and west end.

I've seen reports of Screech Owls at Massapequa Preserve, specifically on
Walker Street and was just wondering if anyone had any helpful hints on
finding one there, or if you just kind of hope for the best and look very
carefully.

light towers. The parakeets have a huge nest up there and I've
seen up to five at a time flying in and out. An Osprey is their next door
neighbor with another nest in the summer. Also happens to be a great spot
for Yellow-Crowned Night Heron in the summer.

Continuing male *Eurasian Wigeon* at Grant Park in Hewlett. No sign of the
Goldeneye but still many Am. Wigeon, Gadwall, Hooded Merganser, several
Brant and Green-Winged Teal and one *Pintail.*
