All, This afternoon there was a Selasphorus hummingbird in the Heather Gardens at Fort Tryon, Washington Heights. It wasn't flying much, mostly stayed perched high up in a tree. Based on what I could see of the bird, I'd guess it's an immature male. Judging from the amount of green on the back, i'd bet on it being a Rufous.
