Replace the darkest of the dark blues in the new palette with black,
so you can have non-transparent pure-black in maptiles again.

Improve inputstring touchiness, wrong mapping for numpad 2.
I think that inputstring shouldn't accept numpad numbers as input, game and
custom don't, and it looks silly that arrow keys are mapped to numbers. Maybe
I'll change this.

I'm serious! I manually compiled the castle script, so
that's the only one you can test. To get past the plot
boulders, you need to talk to James. But, currently,
he walks too fast; it's hard to "catch" him. I didn't
want people to get frustrated
