It seems that the picture is going out of the boudry of the page and the
renderer is miscalculating the size.
BTW that file also seems to assume some css as class='page' is not defined in
the file.

This issue reports 3 bugs
1) libepub not supporting container ns (fixed now in trunk)
2) Weird date format, should probably make the backend ignore dates it can't
parse.
3) Lack of UTF8 support,

Yes, I've been trying to figure out how it should work for a while.
I had no great idea... I wonder how the mobi backend solved that, after all
they should go into the same issue.
