The server changes are an ongoing process and will result in all
servers becoming modules.

Everything should work as usual modulo some temporary buglets. The
configurations for standalones come included, there's nothing to change.
Standalones use the new serv*ices* but don't use other serv*ers* -- just
the simulator server.
