Hi,
You could try running 'ssh -vvv 172.25.31.82' to see if the verbose
output turns up anything interesting ? Also, you could try to move
your ~/.ssh out of the way (mv ~/.ssh ~/.ssh.bak) to do a quick check
to see if there any issues with keyfiles ?

Hi John,
Yes, before launching any instance, I was able to ssh to the
switch.
When I try to create an instance, I see the ssh errors in the logs and
after that
I cannot ssh to the switch. It fails with this error
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host

think of when seeing that logfile is this:
The system running devstack is is trying to start an ssh session to
the ip 172.25.31.82, and fails. Are you able to do this manually from
