Jay, Come on it can't be all that bad... drawing boxes and adding labels can be fun. Why you could even use a digital camera and take pictures of the old location and then add pictures of the new location to show your boss what it would/could look like. Be creative and you might set a standard.

Ron, Great idea. Don't forget to include pictures of the movers and their truck. An interactive map showing the route to be taken (showing all coffee shops along the way) would also be helpful. And pictures of happy users continuing their tasks when the primary database has failed over.
