Okay, I supported the rally on Thursday, but I have not enjoyed the aftermath. Worked pm on Thursday and fielded many phone calls from clients concerned that the birth centre was closing. Today I did clinic and EVERYONE asked if the centre was closing. I didn't hear the news story, but did catch

Hi Tina   I just happen to be finalising a booklet for women with hep C who are considering/are pregnant/birthing or in the post natal period.    The Hep C virus has been found in breastmilk, but unless there is blood present, there have been no reports of transmission via breastmilk.

I have someone who is about 18 weeks pregnant and fairly recently moved to the blue mountians (Katoomba) She is unsure of where to birth at the moment and is concidering birthing at nepean private to make use of her private health insurance. She is hoping to stay in hospital for about 5 or s
