In my previous version of paraview (3.10?) "Clip Closed Surface" sort of
worked, however it was hit and miss as to whether you'd get a nice closure of
the clipped surface. i.e. moving the clipping plane slightly would lead to
unpredictable "holes" in the closure surface.
