I'm going to buy an embedded motherboard with a MIPS CPU, does someone
compiled and tested PureData on a similar architecture??

Do you mean ARM? Or really MIPS? There are packages for ARM embedded
linux machines as part of the pd-anywhere project:

i'm pretty sure it won't (esp. the signal objects).
however, it would be nice to have zexy support PDa; so if somebody feels

it... I think Pd should works also with ~ objects... doesn't it?

What kind of MIPS is this? Like an old SGI? If so, that should run
