Ebay: is this for real?

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=1249131626 does the lens this guy is describing really existthe description sounds like he's reading off of the lens hood and not the lens. I can't tell what is really there by the picture. Brent
