The only reason I recommend that one is I *KNOW* it has the firewall
built in.
If you don't have one already, you really should look at getting a
strong HOSTS file to complement your anti-virus firewall.

every once in a while it requires a program update, which includes
making Google Chrome as your default web browser. Make sure you uncheck
that option if you don't want a surprise next time you decide to click
on a link
Google Chrome IS my default browser... so I wouldn't be too surprised..

I have a feeling I can get a router second hand from a neighbor..
