Not much commentary here, taken inside the Anchor, what used to be a
dive bar, (the first time I visited, I was advised to not drink anything

Norman is actually a Norma, just never changed her name after the
kittens.:-) She is the one cat of our three that goes out side. At 12
1/2 she only goers out in the winter for a few minutes than back in.
Like me.

I was shooting with the A50mm f1.7, so I didn't have to get that close
- she was maybe 4 or 5 feet way. I focused manually, pointed at her
and she did
Maybe what we're interpreting as "Pensive" was really "terror", like a
bird looking at a snake...

Very nice indeed and I must say the wrong eye focus isn't a detriment

Was out celebrating New Years Eve with my middle daughter at (of all
places) a local bar called the Bovine Sex Club. The feature band was
called Creepshow. I got very few pix of the band, as a mosh pit was
happening, and when I got close to the stage I tend to get jostled too
much to shoot in low
It's more or less a normal lens on the APS-C sensor cameras, (true
normal equivalent to the 43mm on film), and a relatively slow normal
lens at that. I currently carry an A 24mm f2.8 for a wide, 43 ltd.as a
longish normal and the M 85 f2 for a nice general telephoto as my
walking around kit.

hi,
i kind of got enabled a couple of days back. happened to get myself a
k30/2.8 lens in good condition for a fairly throwaway price. just a
couple of shots of the junior with the 'new' lens (i guess i cheated,
it's actually two pesos):
