We have had nightly frosts almost every day for the past 20 days or so
here. I usually get my last rose in mid October, instead of late
November. In any event, it is a pleasure to see it this time of year. It
bloomed almost the same time as my (indoor) Christmas

And a similar occurance in Paul Stenquist's yard a few days ago - he
showed a blooming rose to us on facebook... I don't remember seeing it
as a PESO here though.

Pretty. In Phalaborwa, the roses bloom all the year round, lasting much
longer in "winter".
