Hi. I note that we have $?OS, $?VM, and $?DISTRO (and their $*
counterparts). I'd like to recommend that we eliminate $?OS, and replace it
with $?KERNEL (ie. Linux) and maybe $?ARCH (ie. i386). Thoughts?
