I don't see this justified, to file a bug with severity "grave" with no
information at all.

Seems to be a known issue in upstream
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=339144
and is hopefully fixed in 4.14.2
I can work around the issue by deleting imported video files from the digikam
directory manually.

Dear Maintainer,
after a very long time, I saw a digikam crash again.
I imported images during the import digikam crashed.
When restarting digikam and reopening the folder in which I imported
images, digikam crashes.
When starting from cm

Please update to digikam release 4.4.0 because the current installed
release in testing 4.3.0-2 has many crash on startup issues related to
libkexiv2.
This bug is considered 'grave' because it makes the package totally
unusable.
