This is one I might be able to help with since I had this same problem not long ago.  Here's part of that first error that was in your post. iTarget Packages (main/binary-amd64/Packages) is configured multiple times in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/additional-repositories.list:1 and /etc/apt/sources
