Greetings.
In config.php I have added a function to do perpage summary logging.
It reads on disk if page config files exists, and reads from existing
page config files if summary logging is already defined (in the
$RecentChangesFmt array).
Now, the function potentially goes to disk three times.

Hi there,
When I make a list with sub-points in my sidebar, the sidebar seems to
include extra space. So, if you look at this link:
http://www.shadlen.org/pmwiki/index.php?n=Site.SideBar
The left side makes spaces appropriately, but the right sidebar
includes some annoying space between the two
