I use Trac a fair amount for personal/professional stuff and it works
quite well. It's easy, intuitive, backed by version control, looks
good out of the box, has a variety of plug-in type modules

We use Confluence at PCC/TSS which is on par with most wikis and has
version control for files built in. It doesn't have a popular version
control such as CVS/SVN/GIT built in, but it works well and is easy to
