it looks to me that python-xarray 0.14 needs a newer dask version as well.

I've added a patch to functools to turn it into a namespace package,
thus avoiding the filename conflict. Going by __init__.py that seems to
have been intended upstream as well, but setup.py was missing some
statements to actually make it work that way.
