i've got the same problem with libtiff.dll.
When i remove it from system32 qgis works fine, but i've to use a fax
software which needs this libtiff.dll too.
So when i've deleted libtiff.dll from system32 the fax software doesn't
work. I tried to put the libtiff.dll in qgis\bin and in t
