I have Norwegian system language. I've tried to chagne it into English, but it did'nt help... I'm using . as decimal sign. Is there a QGIS language settings as well? Were do i find this? I've tried to test your service, but it comes up without CRS, and when I try to change CRS, QGIS crashes...
