You only need to remove two parts of the case - the back panel so you can
take out the logic board and shove in extra RAM, PDS ethernet card etc
(the slide out logic board being a piece of cake to deal with - my LC630
presently sports the board from a 5260 and I'm looking to replace that

Fry's had the pram batteries for $5.99, Fry sku 2818094. Our local
Radio Shack (DFW) are charging $10.99 for the same battery. I also
needed three PRAM batteries for my NeXT slab and cubes. RS wanted
$11.99 and two week delivery as a special order RSU item, Fry's had them
in stock for $4.59
