I checked the code. And I fixed in a fashion.
This was Globalize2 and Archive extension compatibility.

Ah, yes I remember being told to rake something in a set of instructions,
every-time I do though I get this message (hadn't realized the rake was so
important so I just skipped it, oops):
rake aborted!
No Rakefile found (looking for: rakefile, Rakefile, rakefile.rb, Rakefile.rb)
