Loved that color on the platy. The pics from blue lug made me fall in love
with it. I hope it doesn't end up on the appa cause I really don't need to
be buying a new bike for a while! hah

Looks like a lot of the sites say 4.4lbs. Are they saying that just to be
safe? Analog says 15lbs and if you're gonna go over to use a voile strap.
Has anyone tested this? Anyone pushing that 4.4lb limit regularly?

The pass and stow is nice but im going for something lighter that hopefully
sits closer to the headtube. having the load out in front of the axle like
that feels too sloppy for me. I think im gonna try the 32f with a beefy
strap and just not go too crazy on the load.

Hey Will thanks! That's exactly what I was after.
Re: the non published weight limits/tether advice, I wonder if it's because
of failures that happened? Either way I don't plan to put a ton of weight
on it. I think it'll be alright.

I'm originally from Arroyo Grande but moved to the Bay Area before I really
got into riding. These photos are making me homesick and now I really want
to take a trip down to go hit some trails on my Sam. Where are y'all
usually riding?

I'm thinking this as well. Didn't they say something about the swooptube
being hard to do with lugs? They've only done tig frames with swooptubes
right? Charlie, gus/susie etc.

(non-bar end shfiter) cork grips. They're sold out on the riv site and
analog so I figured I'd post here. If anyone has a set laying around let me
know!
