Esteemed wrenches, I am looking to buy a PC tablet/laptop for testing in the field. I will be using a Solmetric PVA, Seaward 210 and Survey, excel spreadsheet, internet, and email. I also would like to be able to read and annotate pdfs. Suggestions?  What do you use?  What are the advantages
