What it tries to fetch varies between setups, as it's dependent on the
operating system and such.

Review Board doesn't support RTC. I don't really know anything about it, but
assuming there are either Python bindings are a command-line tool, it would
be possible to write such support. If someone at your company is familiar
enough with Python and wants to work with us on that, we could help
As far as I know there is no RTC support for Review Board.
But the good news :) is You can easily add new SCMTool support to
Review Board and this is not very hard.
