I tried the following:
u = var('u'); v = var('v')
F = function('F',u)
G = function('G', v)
DEs = [diff(F,u)*(G(u)-G(0))==1,diff(G,v)*(F(1)-F(v))==1]
desolve_system(DEs,[F,G], ivar=[u,v])
but result are:
