It might be Outlook trying to autoconfigure a mail account? Outlook
will poke around on several ports trying to locate a mail server.
I believe Windows clients should try to connect on port 445 then fall
back to 137-139.The
IIRc I have seen Windows trying to use port 80 and webdav when no port
139/445 was available.
Only from the graphical shell though. This is not done at the redirector
level, but up the stack when the machine can't be found using SMB.
