Hi there, how's your users authenticated and resolved to UIDs? we use LDAP server with SSSD daemon configured. I'd check, if the domain is stated in your sssd.conf (if relevant) and check nsswitch.conf (isn't possible your user exist locally with diff UID?) and local users have preference in n
