We got very frustrating problems with our server, we lost a number of
services and we need to restore them before the sks one. Right now the
server is restored and the sks server is syncing keys.
We change to a new server and we do not expect more issues.

sks version 1.1.4 on http://keys.connectical.com:11371/, and it's
physically located in Madrid (Spain). The server has only IPv4 connectivity.
