[RCSE] Jim Belyeu--Plainview,TX

Jim Belyeu of Plainview,Texas passed away Friday April 4th around 5:00 PM. He was involved with model aircraft for many years and a AMA Member for many years. He was a contest director at many contests in West Texas including sailplane contests. I first met Jim around 1976. He spent
