Hi,
Finally i arrived to view what was happening in the logs :)
This was obtained in /var/log/messages when i've modem_run -v 1 -f
/usr/local/lib/speedtouch/ZZZLP2.eni -a /usr/local/lib/speedtouch/ZZZLP1.eni
