I reran the test and checked the tokens and I can see the type 1 and type 2
tokens but no type 3 tokens. I ran a packet capture and I think I may have

I was able to confirm that ntlm_auth worked for the squid user. We currently
use BlueCoat proxies so IE is definitely configured to use integrated
authentic
