SR&RL frequently used Combine
SR&RL frequently used Combines on the end of their mixed trains. From the
research I've done these had a variety of configurations-some with more than
1 large "freight" sliding door on each side making them look odd. Some had
clerestory type roofs and a couple had an arched roof with no clerestory
