i am currently referring two books on Struts
one of them is by Ted Husted (Manning Publications and the other one by
Chuck Cavaness (O'Reilly publications)
both the books are great ,
the O'Reilly one is available in Indian Reprint.
am not sure about the manning one cause i did buy on

i know that this is off topic , but would like your advice in the same,
i am generating a table from values in the database .
we have a ro code for which land options are to be generated.
for a ro code the land options could range from 1-12 (i.e A, B,C , D and so

this is not a struts problem , i have written a simple servlet that takes
values from a JSP page and updating into oracle database,
i have out.println statements from the servlet but it is neither updating

'coreservlets' and jsp ,it is available on-line ( the entire book) on
www.pdf.coreservlets.com, there is a sequel to this book by the same author

this is a book available on-line in pdf format and the chapter on
javabeans (chapter no -13) is really good ( does not talk in gui context ),
i hope this helps you and think that for a start on javabeans is really
good.
