Your error is: Cannot find bean 'error' in any scope!
Where and how do you define 'error'? Do you have something like this in
you Action:
ActionErrors error = new ActionErrors();
...
error = ...
...
saveErrors(request, error);
return new ActionForward(mapping.getInput());
...
