iLOE for iPhone is pretty nifty for light editing. Not sure if it's available
for Android, but worth checking out if you can get it.

I installed it! Looks nice and easy to use.
Editing a POI or a building is easy and the app suggest nearby street names
as a value in the addr:street tag.
