"OSM Tracker for Android" is one of the nicer applications available. You
can take photographs and add voice annotations as *you* walk around, and
JOSM works well with its output.

A quick question: has anyone tried to contact ISRO about making their
satellite imagery available for use by OpenStreetMap's volunteers?
