Dev has directory listings at least, but is on the other side of the
Atlantic from US folks. I can still manage to pull ~3 mbytes/

Let me know when you've got data you'd like to distribute and we can
start transferring.

This may be slightly premature, but if all goes well, my conversion of
the latest NHD high-res data set to OSM format should complete within 24
hours. The data set will be approximately 15 GB, zipped.
