How to show entrances on map?
If I create a model the entrances is displayed. But how to display them
on the map?
My thconfig follows such shema:

source
centerline
cs lat-long
station ent1 "Entrance 1" entrance
fix ent1 ...
station ent2 "Entrance 2" entrance
