OS/400 known this flags so added in the build command for jk_connect c compile

What's libs are you talking for ?
See the JK_CHECK_SETSOCKOPT function in configure.in
Perhaps the -lsocket (socket lib) is missing on iSeries?
If it is, we'll need some arch switch.
