they are _not _included in the "Granted" list.

ID. I don't know if it has been fixed. I mentioned it in phone call with
the DXCC desk earlier this year.

Frank,
Being asked by ET7L crew, I have personally sent the scanned documents to ARRL
Hq on on June 30!
This includes their ham license which, actually, is the part of their work
permit-agreement issued by the Ministery which is, as I understand, is powerful
enough to authorise ham radio operat
Be patient.
According Igor US0LW (manager) documents filed again, some documents are
missing , some requested further .
We wait and hope that will be DXCC HQ logical decision-making.
