If you are not in tthe UK and using AAC streams - then BBC have recently changed live http/AAC streams from 48kbps/44.1kHz to 56kbps/32kHz. There was a choice for a while but it now seems to have gone. I think the WMA streams are still 48kbps/44.1kHz. --
