I almost do not reboot my phone at all: for example my uptime at the moment is
9 days. I think the essence of this bug was fixed in OTA-13 and the whole bug

I was able to reproduce this finally. It is a matter of killing media-
hub-server:
pkill -9 media-hub
(this has the same effect as a media-hub-server crash).
media-hub-server re-starts, but it looks like not all the system
recovers and re-connects to dbus-interface. Voice calls ringing,

clock) needed to open itself something like 15 seconds so I decided to

@Pat: Tough to say, I've only had this happen to me once myself and it
didn't seem like media-hub as I was still able to play music and do
other things with media-hub. My theory is still that the volume for the
particular audio role is getting set to a very low volume.

Recently I was taking some photos with my BQ E5.
On the first couple of photos I did get the normal shutter sound.
After I think maybe 3 or 4 photos there was no shutter sound any more.
I am not sure if this goes along with loosing the sound on incoming SMS.

On Meizu Pro 5 I experience problems with SMS notification sound too.
Usually after a reboot the SMS sound is played properly, but after some
time (seems to be random) it stops working.

I'm experiencing the same issue than Anupam's one.
and also for Calendar notifications, and for me
it is since OTA-11.
After one day less or more there is no sound notifications.
I cannot know what is the reason.
