After checking out Mike's change (thanks, Mike!), I was able to
build itest/databindings/sdogen but I then hit the same issue in
itest/databindings/jaxbgen. I have added the same dependencies
to this pom file to enable it to build.

I ran mvn -e and got a stack trace as follows. It looks like the
class org/apache/commons/collections/ExtendedProperties was not
found. Any ideas?
