Hi Geoffrey, just a stupid question as I may have missed the beginning of this thread. But did you get the modem from Big Pond or from Telstra? You may say that these are the same company, but I have found that if you get the modem directly from Telstra the APN to use may be telstra.internet That

Further to my previous message: On Telstra's advice I checked the memory card inside the 4G modem. It is titled 'BIGPOND' which means the APN name is 'telstra.bigpond'. This is the same as I have been using with the old BP3-EXT modem for which a connection name appears in the menu. However no name
