Well, it’s a bug in a package installation somehow. I just tried to do a
“do-release-upgrade” on a machine running Nagios (with mysql) and it
took me a bunch of manual research and fixing. If it’s not ubuntu, it’s
mysql.

and you are not using a "tor+" source (which is enabled by that
package).
Looks for me like you would need to "apt update" as the data you have
locally on your system is too old and references no longer existing

You will have to use the slightly unwieldy "tor+mirror+http", so your example
line would be:

btw: apt-transport-tor is by default using a new circuit per host
Additional note: I have already tried manually extracting the patch and
putting it into the version of bcmwl installed by focal and can confirm

there may be some confusion as to the pathing - the .config folder
SHOULD be /home/username/,config - but, it's NOT. The command

I solved it by reimaged with xubuntu 20.04 kernel 5.8.043 and it works better
than 5.8.053 and 5.8.055. So, I wish to keep this kernel on the GRUB for
longer-term or I want to keep more than 2 available kernels on the GRUB
bootloader. IS it possible?

I tried to install both, Ubuntu 20.04.2 lts and pop_os 20.04, this
glitch when resizing is the only problem I can't fix. Both were fresh
installations so i assume it is present and I couldn't find a solution

shows that there is a scoping regression in CGI::Compile 0.24.
The issue was fixed in CGI::Compile 0.25.
It seems to me that it would be a good idea to push out CGI::Compile
