permissions were 600 so no user could access the database. Also it looks
like the system had to be restarted before database rebuild has been

After running for 5 days, the X server eats 500MB RAM (RSS), xrestop
reports 80MB of pixmaps. No OpenGL application is running. I use Intel
driver (965GM). Right after starting the X server, it consumes only
about 40MB RAM.

I believe, the leak is firefox induced but the consumed memory does not
get free if I kill firefox (and firefox is not definitely running.).
