I got this same error while upgrading from Gutsy to Hardy with the
Update Manager. Now my machine is in a complete mess, X can not start
anymore, disks are not mounted, etc, etc...
I did an update of Gutsy (with Update Manager) before I did this upgrade
to Hardy.
After this error I got about 30 m

I've installed tinyerp client and server 4.2.0-1 from ubuntu hardy package
directory.

Users are created, and terp user owns the terp database.
When I launch tinyerp-client the first time (no .terp conf file present), I'
I'm seeing this sort of problem with 2.6.24 dom0 and 2.6.22 domU, both
of which are running hardy. Sometimes, multiple domUs fail, other times,
just one domU. In the most recent failure, ntp was running on both dom0
and domU, which should disprove that ntp causes the problem.
